Charles Csuri was a revolutionary innovator who combined art,

science, and technology to become a computer graphics pioneer.

  • Csuri received the Bronze Star for heroism in 1945 during the Battle of the Bulge.

  • Csuri was the MVP of Ohio State's first national championship team in 1942.

  • Csuri created the 12 foot “Bearded Man” plotter in 1966.

  • Csuri created 3D art and animation in 1970 for the “Interactive Sound and Visual Systems Exhibition.
